This analyzes the 2008 Congression Election results compared to voting record on H.R. 5959, Amendment 4 (Section 507) which challenged those who sought to create "terror lexicon" excluding such terms as "Jihad".

Conclusions:
-- 1 that voted against or abstained from H.R. 5959, Amendment 4 lost 2008 election (out of 190)
-- 23 that voted for H.R. 5959, Amendment 4 lost 2008 election (out of 249)
-- 1 that voted for H.R. 5959, Amendment 4 did not run again, party lost Congressional seat in 2008 election (out of 249)
